Alta Technologies AI provides website design, hosting, AI receptionist, and business communication services to local businesses. Service plans are month-to-month with no long-term contract unless otherwise agreed in writing. Clients may cancel at any time; client-owned domains always remain the property of the client.

One-time setup fees are due at project start. Monthly plans are billed in advance and may be canceled at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period.
Upon full payment of a one-time ownership package, all deliverables become the property of the client. Under monthly managed plans, the client owns their domain and content at all times.
Services are provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, Alta Technologies AI's total liability shall not exceed the amounts paid by the client in the preceding three months.
